Exhibition Booths

WCTOH offers a unique opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and services to up to 3,000 international delegates interested in all areas of tobacco control and non-communicable diseases. 

All activities of the Conference, including registration, scientific programme sessions, poster sessions, coffee breaks, rest areas and the Internet Area are situated in the same building as the Exhibition Area, providing frequent and repeated opportunities for delegates to visit exhibits.

Booth dimensions

  • Regular size of the booths: 9m² (3x3)
  • You may book one or more units of 9m²

Space-only booths

Space-only booth reservations include:

  • General ambient lighting
  • Electricity power supply sufficient for one device. Electrical installations beyond the junction box are to be carried out by the exhibitor
  • Customer service during the installation and dismantling periods, as well as during the Conference
  • 3 exhibitor badges per 9m² booth* 
  • Surveillance of the public areas of the exhibition, except for the booths themselves, which remain under the exhibitor's responsibility
  • Daily cleaning of the Exhibition area and booths

* Exhibitor badges do not give access to Scientific Sessions.

Shell scheme booths

Shell scheme booth reservations include:

  • Basic booth structure
  • Fascia board sign with company Name
  • General ambient lighting
  • Electricity power supply sufficient for one device (in addition to the spotlights). Electrical installations beyond the junction box are to be carried out by the exhibitor.
  • 3 spotlights on extended arms
  • Customer service during the installation and dismantling periods, as well as during the Conference
  • 3 exhibitor badges per 9m² shell scheme booth*
  • 1 delegate badge per 9m² shell scheme booth
  • Surveillance of the public areas of the exhibition, except for the booths themselves, which remain under the exhibitor's responsibility
  • Daily cleaning of the exhibition area and booths

* Exhibitor badges do not give access to Scientific Sessions.

  • Exhibit set-up: Wednesday, 18 March 2015, 08:00 - 12:00
  • Exhibit days: Wednesday-Saturday, 18–21 March 2015
  • Exhibit dismantling: Saturday, 21 March 2015, 14:00–18:00
