Accommodation
As part of the WCTOH hotel package, hotel rooms booked via the accommodation system will be non-smoking rooms. Some hotels are also taking steps to make other hotel spaces smokefree for the duration of the conference. Prices offered will be inclusive of taxes, breakfast and Wi-Fi. You will receive excellent hotel deals designed for a range of budgets, but make sure you book early!
You will need your WCTOH registration confirmation number to view and book a hotel room. Due to the popularity of the Hyatt Capital Gate, this hotel is already pre-booked and unavailable to participants. The hotel will not take direct bookings for the WCTOH.
For group bookings (10 or more rooms), separate arrangements can be discussed with the Secretariat and Organising Company who will manage the hotel bookings. Please contact us at WCTOH2015@mci-group.com

Terms and Conditions
- Hotel rooms are booked on a first-come first-served basis. To guarantee a hotel reservation, a compulsory deposit covering your entire stay must be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Booking will be subject to availability only at the time of reservation.
- Buffet breakfast and Internet are included in the room rate.
- Hotel check in time 15:00 hours and Check out time 12:00 noon. In case of early check in, we would kindly request you to pre-book your room for one night earlier.
- Please note that the deadline for guaranteed room reservations was 1 February 2015. Requests for room reservations after this date can only be handled upon availability and with payment guarantee.
Cancellation & Refunds
- 100% refund – cancellation 45 days before the event date with a deduction of administrative fee of USD 100.
- No refund – 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation less than 45 days prior to the event date.
